It's an odd year to say the least with counties and conferences across the state beginning their seasons at different times. With some already underway, we turn our attention to another that will open their season this week. The 25 schools listed below make up the Montgomery County high school baseball conference. Opening day is set for this Friday, May 7th with schools playing everyone in their pod twice and two other schools within close proximity geographically from another pod up to two games for a total of roughy 12 games. Below is the breakdown of the Montgomery County schools as well as a complete "Watch List" of players you won't want to miss in action this spring. 

Note: A preseason questionnaire was sent out to all Maryland high school baseball coaches in Mid-January to gain pertinent information for this piece but not all forms were completed and returned. Below is a compilation of information received as well as thoughts from our staff at PBR Maryland.
