Shoulders level, full arm circle, and displayed some arm speed getting through from a low three-quarter arm slot. Pitched with some intent and challenged hitters with a fastball that got up to 85 mph and sat at 82-84. The breaking ball had tight firm spin at 73-74 mph with more of a slider look. Changeup was firm with late hard fade and was thrown with intent. The changeup sat at 75-77 mph and flashed solid secondary pitch potential. Strong athletic base at the plate, starts slightly open, and lands on line after a small leg lift to stride. Hands are loose, slight uphill tilt to the swing, and showed a solid gap to gap approach with some power potential in the swing. Exit velocity was 82 mph. Defensively Seils fielded out front with above average hands, clean early exchange, and an average arm circle. Utilizes a simple pick up and put down to stride, landing slightly closed. Uphill path to the ball with an uphill finish that shows some pull side tendency. Exit velocity was 81 mph. Feet were active on approach in the infield. Showed solid glove presentation out front, and a clean exchange. Throws with short arm action from a low three-quarter slot at 74 mph. Home-to-first time was 4.39. Small rocker step to start the delivery with a consistent balance point and a rhythmic hand break. Moves down the mound with slight hip and shoulder tilt early and flattens out as he moves forward. Shorter stride and lands on line. Short quick arm action throwing from a lower three-quarter arm slot. Fastball was 76-78 and topped at 79 mph and was firm through the zone with some arm side run at times. Curveball sat at 66-68 mph. Changeup looked to be his best secondary pitch. The changeup was hard at 72-74 mph with solid arm speed and some late arm side fade.

Small leg lift with short path to the baseball and uphill finish, shows nice rhythm and has average balance at this time. Athletic actions in the field. Active feet and fluid throughout. Clean and quick exchange, gets rid of the ball easily an shows ability to throw at multiple angles.Solid foundation as a player and should continue to get better as he gets stronger and continues to develop.
