The 5-11, 170lb righty pounded the lower third of the zone with a FB/CH mix in his first inning of work. Flashed a CB the following inning with good depth and showed the ability to use it as a strikeout pitch. Overhand release with clean, repeatable mechanics and gets good hip to shoulder separation.
C/O ‘21 RHP Elijah Padgett (@Avillebasball; NB Legends 16u) impressing on the mound and getting it done at the plate. The righty continues to get stronger throughout the outing and has been tough to hit since he started mixing in his breaking ball. #GAShowdown pic.twitter.com/fRrD6PY58d
