Catchers
Seth Reisman C / 2B / Fayetteville-Manlius, NY / 2019Rankings StateRank: 329 / POS: 50
Slight build, athletic with a 6.93 60-yard time under his belt. Short and compact at the plate with enough juice for the position. It's been nearly a year since our last encounter, expecting to see a stronger, more polished version June 25-27.
|
Tyler Coy C / 3B / Canisius, NY / 2020Rankings StateRank: 23 / POS: 3
High level prospect behind the plate. Size is premium, arm is already above average and the bat projects with authority. Should garner plenty of attention over the course of three days.
|
Nathan Ray C / Baldwinsville , NY / 2020Rankings StateRank: 103 / POS: 12
Stocky build with sound mechanics behind the plate. Fluid and compact bat path with some pull-side juice. |
First Base
Cameron Zurat 1B / 3B / Williamsville North , NY / 2019Rankings StateRank: 246 / POS: 14
Continues to grow and get more dynamic the more we see Zurat. Suitable at either corner although projects as a 1B down the line. His bat is what projects well already at the next-level.
|
David Antone 1B / Utica Proctor, NY / 2019Rankings StateRank: 283 / POS: 17
Thick and strong body build, aggressive in the box with signs of power to the gaps. It's been 9-months since we last saw Antone but expecting to see that power during day one during BP.
|
Middle Infielders
Philip Zollo SS / RHP / Westhill , NY / 2019Rankings StateRank: 125 / POS: 22
Lean and athletic, above average runner, 81 mph arm across the diamond back in Feb. Excited to see him over the course of three days.
|
Patrick May SS / 3B / Baldwinsville, NY / 2020Rankings StateRank: 85 / POS: 20
Athletic build, fluid tempo to his bat-path producing consistent contact, soft glove defensively with an improving arm. Young player to keep a close eye on.
|

It's been 7-months since we last saw Chemotti but the tools then were exciting. Loose and comfortable with the glove, active lower half and only expect to see increases in size and strength from last fall.
|
Jason Boule SS / RHP / CBA-Syracuse, NY / 2020Rankings StateRank: 87 / POS: 21
Scrappy with sound mechanics defensively. Signs of pull-side power during his Feb. BP session. Young middle defender to keep an eye on.
|
Third Base
Brendan Seburn 3B / SS / East Syracuse Minoa, NY / 2020Rankings StateRank: 39 / POS: 4
Long lower half wiith a wiry built. Already advanced with the bat showing juice from the right-side. Defensively the mechanics are clean and the arm is athletic. Seburn is going to be a strong next-level prospect.

Great size with a high waist, polished defensively and above average with the bat both for consistent contact and power. From the mound there's not much to hate. Up to 87 from a high slightly over-the-top slot, curveball has depth, confidence is strong. Big-time prospect.

Wheeler can play the OF and middle infield. He's athletic, bat speed has increased over the last year, and his arm is starting to become above average. Fun scrappy player to keep an eye on.
|
Joseph Gaeta OF / 2B / Fayetteville-Manlius, NY / 2020Rankings StateRank: 133 / POS: 25
Well built frame, simple compact mechanics in the box, above average arm from the OF with carry. Expect to see his arm north of 85 MPH at the NYS Games.
|
Ryan Bennett OF / Westhill, NY / 2019Rankings StateRank: 352 / POS: 54
One of the faster runners in CNY, Bennett roams the OF with range and ease. Bat-path is flat and direct to the ball.
|
Pitcher Only
Jed Boyle RHP / Thomas J. Corcoran, NY / 2019Rankings StateRank: 105 / POS: 27
Boyle starts off the theme of well built arms hailing from the CNY region. Up to 84 this past Feb, Boyle shows plenty of hand-speed from his rangy frame. We wouldn't be surprised to see 84-86 during his outing at the games.
|
Jacob Marshall RHP / Baldwinsville , NY / 2019Rankings StateRank: 113 / POS: 31
Impressive size standing 6-foot-5 from a very lean athletic build. Up to 83 this winter and there's more in the tank. Excited to see Marshall compete at the games this year.
|

Built well standing 6-foot-3, 200-pounds with fluid mechanics. This Feb. was in the upper 70's, low 80s but expect to see a jump during his outing at the NYS Games. Should garner plenty attention.
|
Zach Monica LHP / Baldwinsville, NY / 2019Rankings StateRank: 138 / POS: 10
Pitchers frame, sound mechanically, sat 80-81 this Feb. with signs of a next-level breaking ball. Nice looking prospect from the left-side.
|
Thomas Coleman RHP / Fayetteville Manlius, NY / 2020Built like a tank standing 6-foot-6, 225-pounds, high academic kid with command of all three pitches. Velocity is the 80-82 range now but this is a prospect to lock in on.
|
Sam DiGeorge RHP / Canastota, NY / 2019Rankings StateRank: 186 / POS: 52
Compact and strong frame, haven't seen him in a year but during last years NYS Games he was 82-84 from a back arm-action. Expecting to see him at another gear this go-around.
|
Kenneth Svitak LHP / 1B / CW Baker, NY / 2021Freshman with an extremely high ceiling on the mound from the left-side. Pitchers frame, upper 70's this past Feb. with no restrictions in the arm. Svitak is going to be a good one to keep a close eye on.
