We would like to thank all who participated in The PBR New England 2020 Academic Games I. This was a great opportunity for 2021-2023 prospects to be put on college recruiting boards. Many players impressed during their individual workouts at the showcase. Below we have the complete statistical results from the event as well as the top performers across various different categories.

2020 Academic Games I - Quick Hits
First Session
THE BATS
Hayden Miller, SS/RHP, R/R, 2022
Miller is a strong right-handed hitting infielder who produces a lot of gap to gap line drives with a compact, quick stroke.
Michael Wearne, SS/3B, R/R 2021
Wearne is a right-handed hitting corner infielder that gets good leverage with his swing. He's able to drive balls gap to gap with carry.
Colby DeCouta, C/OF, R/R, 2022
DeCouta is a right-handed hitting catcher that generates a lot of gap to gap carry with his swing. He stays on plane with quick hands.
Julian Scarpa, 3B/RHP, R/R, 2021
Scarpa is a right-handed hitting corner infielder who squares up a lot of balls. The swing is balanced and the hands are quick.
THE ARMS
Daniel Cohen, RHP/SS, R/R, 2022
Cohen is a thin-framed right-hander with a quick arm. The fastball has life and the frame has definite room to fill out.
Brendan Holland, LHP/1B, R/L, 2021
Holland is a lanky left-hander with a clean over the top arm circle. The fastball has life and the breaking pitch has depth.
Cameron Heuer, RHP, R/R, 2021
Heuer works primarily out of the stretch. The arm slot is a short ¾ and produces late life on the fastball.
James Murphy, RHP/3B, R/R, 2021
Murphy is a physical right-hander with a quick arm. The fastball explodes late in the zone.
THE DEFENDERS
Thomas Lebrecht, OF, R/R, 2021
Lebrecht is a right-handed hitting outfielder with a strong arm and can really run.
Gavin Donohue, SS/RHP, R/R, 2022
Donohue is a right-handed hitting middle infielder with athletic actions. He moves well laterally and the arm plays.
Second Session
THE BATS
Tommy Fahey, C/RHP, R/R, 2021
Fahey is a right-handed hitting catcher with quick hands. He makes a lot of loud contact.
Jacob Humphrey, 2B/SS, R/R, 2021
Humphrey is a fluid right-handed hitting infielder. The hands work and generate gap to gap carry.
Cody Bowker, OF/RHP, R/R, 2022
Bowker is a talented right-hander hitting outfielder with a quick bat. The bottom half is really active in his swing.
Jack Kriz, C/2B, R/R, 2021
Kriz is a strong right-handed hitting catcher. The swing has leverage and generates gap to gap carry.
Tanner Wolpert, LHP/OF, L/L, 2022
Wolpert is an athletic left-handed hitting outfielder. The hands work and the bottom half is active.
THE ARMS
Sean Shea, RHP, R/R, 2021
Shea is a really talented right-hander. The arm is quick and creates late run on a fastball that sat in the 80's.
Casey Proto, RHP/OF, L/R, 2021
Proto is a guy that knows how to pitch. The fastball sits in the 80's and the secondary stuff is advanced.
Tanner Wolpert, LHP/OF, L/L, 2022
Wolpert is a good looking left hander. He showed a quick arm and creates a tough angle for left-handed hitters.
Peter Jones, RHP, R/R, 2021
Jones is a strong right-hander with a quick arm. The fastball sat in the 80's and he showed tight spin on his breaking ball.
THE DEFENDERS
Tommy Fahey, C/RHP, R/R 2021
Fahey has a strong arm behind the plate. He was consistently clocked below 2.0 on his throws.
Aiden Bretschneider, 3B/OF, R/R, 2022
Bretschneider is a right-handed hitting corner infielder with a strong arm and athletic actions.
Corey O’Day, C/RHP, R/R, 2021
O’Day is a good looking right-handed hitting catcher. He showed a quick release and soft hands behind the plate.
Third Session
THE BATS
Ryan Douglas, OF/RHP, R/R, 2021
Douglas showed quick hands from the right side of the plate. His long levers create good leverage with his swing.
Christian Bracher, 3B/1B, R/R, 2021
Bracher is a physical, athletic right-handed hitting corner infielder. He showed his strength during a loud round of batting practice.
Jake Bollin, C, R/R, 2022
Bollin is a strong right-handed hitting catcher. The swing has some lift and shows power to all fields.
Christian O’Brien, OF/1B, R/R, 2021
O’Brien is an athletic right-handed hitting prospect that showed real leverage with his swing. He stayed on plane, which produced a lot of gap carry.
THE ARMS
Andrew Gagne, RHP/1B, R/R, 2023
Gagne showed the potential to be a legit arm. The physical right-hander has a quick, loose arm and a strong frame at a young age.
Ethan Barnett, RHP/OF, R/R, 2021
Barnett continues to impress each time we see him. The frame is athletic and the arm works.
Nick Viscusi, RHP/OF, R/R, 2022
Viscual has a fluid delivery that creates a little deception with hitters. The ¾ arm slot gets late run on a live fastball.
THE DEFENDERS
Jake Bollin, C, R/R, 2022
Bollin showed soft hands, a quick release and a strong arm behind the plate.
Joseph (JR) Bozek, SS/2B, R/R, 2022
Bozek is an athletic middle infielder. The actions are fluid and he showed his versatility moving around the infield during the game.
Brian Downing, 3B/RHP, R/R, 2023
Downing showed off some athleticism at third base. The young infielder has fluid actions and a strong arm.
Jonathan (JD) Rittenberg, SS/2B, R/R, 2021
Rittenberg is an athletic, versatile infielder. He moves well and can play all over the infield.
