Physical: Large and projectable 6-foot-3, 230-pound frame with advanced strength throughout the build. Saint Bonaventure commit. Offensively: RHH. Wide, slightly open stance with balance throughout as the hands started on the shoulder in the setup. Utilized a lift-and-replace stride to initiate a violent, slightly uphill path into the hitting zone while repeatedly contacting the ball out in front of the plate. Athletic lower half with ability to stay behind the baseball, advanced hip shoulder separation in the box jolting the hands through towards extension. Recorded a peak bat-exit velocity of 101 mph per Trackman Baseball showcasing the physicality he possesses at the plate. Maximum batted ball distance of 394 feet / top hand speed hovering around 25 mph per Blast Motion … all eye popping measurables. Used mostly the LCF gap with a pull-side approach and ability to generate backspin to all fields. Defensively: The first baseman featured a medium center of gravity with a soft glove hand working out in front of the left side, short / choppy footwork and adequate feel around the bag. Accurate high ¾ arm-slot across the diamond. INF - 81 mph Pitching: RHP - Side rocker step with a medium-high leg lift showing minor coil around the backside, directional drive while landing slightly close, the arm worked through a high ¾ slot with good extension on the front side. FB ranged from 80-84 mph with 2181 spin per Trackman Baseball, mixed in a 70-75 mph SL with good horizontal plane and 2035 rpms, countered with a commanded 76-77 mph straight CH.
