CLASS OF 2020

Jake Arnold, Lower Dauphin HS (PA), RHP
6-foot-2, 170-pound righty sat 84-86 from an over-the-top arm slot with a balanced, repeatable delivery. While the fastball lacks movement, he does create tilt because of his size and arm slot. Has a tendency to slow his arm speed on his curveball with 11/5 shape at 65-69. Arm speed is much better on the changeup which sits 73-75. Arnold has room to add additional strength to his athletic frame and velocity spikes are likely in the future.

Zach Garlinger, East Pennsboro HS (PA), RHP
6-foot-3, 160-pound righty has impressed at a number of PBR events during the course of the past six months. On this date he sat 84-85 from and over-the-top arm slot with some arm-side run to the fastball. Garlinger's 12/6 curveball continues to improve and has the makings of a quality second offering at 67-69. His slider at 73-75 and changeup with similar run at 75-77 both play well off of the Fastball and curveball. Garlinger should be a close follow in this class and is likely to make a big jump in velocity if he is able to add to his current frame.

Kyle Mahady, Nazareth Area HS (PA), RHP/3B
6-foot, 170-pounder showcased as a two-way prospect. The primary pitcher sat 79-82 from an over-the-top arm slot. Although the fastball is flat, Mahady repeats his delivery well and showed good command. Mahady's curveball at 66-68 showed 11/5 rotation and occasional two-plane break. The changeup is thrown with fastball arm speed at 72-74 and comes out of the same window as the fastball.

Carey Myers, Camp Hill HS (PA), RHP
5-foot-9, 160-pound righty sat 81-84 from an over-the-top arm slot with some cut to his fastball with a quick arm stroke. Myers' curveball showed tight 11/5 rotation with sharp, late break and a high spin rate. The changeup sat 75-77 with similar cut as the fastball with good sell. Although slightly undersized, Myers has a feel for three pitches that will all be effective at the next level.

John Neeld, Holy Ghost Prep (PA), RHP
6-foot-1, 225-pounder sat 82-83 while topping at 86 mph from a high 3/4 arm slot with a wrist wrap. Neeld stays directional and the fastball aat times shows some cut. The curveball at 68-70 showed solid depth at 68-70 with Neeld doing a good job of staying on top of the pitch. Neeld's changeup is thrown at fastball arm speed at 72-75. With above average size and a feel for three pitches Neeld is a definite follow in this class.

Brian Reiner, Souderton Area HS (PA), SS/RHP
6-foot, 170-pounder showcased as a two-way prospect. The primary infielder sat 79-82 out of a 3/4 arm slot with some hip coil to his delivery. Reiner also showcased a fastball out of a sidearm slot with some sink and arm-side run at 79-80. A slider at 67-69 showed sweeping, flat break.

Patrick Toal, The Haverford School (PA), RHP/3B
6-foot-2, 195-pounder showcased as a two-way prospect. The primary pitcher sat 83-85 from a high 3/4 arm slot with a hook in the back. Toal showcased a balanced, repeatable delivery with above average command of his three pitches. The curveball at 70-73 showed 11/5 rotation with average depth. Toal's changeup is a very effective pitch sitting 74-77 at fastball arm speed with arm-side run and sink. Toal is a definite follow in this class with the potential for significant velocity gains moving forward.

CLASS OF 2021

Zach Coluccio, Timber Creek (NJ), RHP
6-foot, 200-pound sophomore sat 78-80 from a 3/4 arm slot with an easy, repeatable delivery and some arm-side run to his fastball. The curveball has 10/4 shape with one plane break at 66-70. Coluccio's changeup is thrown at fastball arm speed sitting 72-74. With above average size and a feel for three pitches Coluccio will be an interesting follow in this class.

Kellen Davis, Penncrest HS (PA), OF/RHP
6-foot, 160-pound two-way prospect. The primary outfielder sat 82-83 from a 3/4 arm slot with arm-side run to his fastball. Davis struggled with command of his curveball at 68-73 and changeup at 62-67 on this date. Further work to shorten a substantial side-rocker step to begin his delivery and to stay directional will lead to more consistent command.

Ian Korn, York Suburban HS (PA), RHP/SS
5-foot-10, 165-pound two-way prospect. Primary pitcher sat 80-81 from a high 3/4 arm slot. Displayed balanced, repeatable mechanics with a feel for four pitches. Curveball at 64-68 showed 11/5 rotation. Changeup thrown at near fastball arm speed sat 72-76. Cutter at 74-75 is an effective compliment to his fastball coming out of the same window.

Kade St. Leger, South Fayette HS (PA), RHP
6-foot-3, 185-pound righty showcased easy, repeatable mechanics with a fastball that sat 79-80 our of an over-the-top arm slot. Curveball is commanded well with cutter action at 71-72.  A slider at 74-75 gives St. Ledger three effective pitches to work with as he grows into his frame and likely sees velocity gains as a result of physical maturity.

CLASS OF 2022

Vince Fattore, William Penn Charter (PA), OF/RHP
5-foot-10, 170-pound two-way prospect turned heads with his athleticism as a position player. The freshman also flashed ability on the mound sitting 79-83 from a max effort, high 3/4 arm slot. Fattore also showcased a curveball with 11/5 rotation at 68-73 and a slider with a shorter break at 69-74. A changeup at 72-75 was thrown at near-fastball arm speed.

Paxton Kling, Central-Martinsburg HS (PA), OF/RHP
6-foot, 170-pound two-way prospect. Kling showcased advanced athleticism during his position workout which translated into potential on the mound. The righty sat 77-82 with a repeatable, loose delivery from a 3/4 arm slot. His curveball at 68-70 showed 11/5 rotation with good depth when he stays on top of the pitch. Currently works with a two-pitch mix, but arm action and athleticism could lead to further development on the mound.

Ben Shenosky, Manheim Township HS (PA), RHP
6-foot-4, 195-pound righty participated as a member of Team Pennsylvania at the 2018 PBR Jr. Future Games. The freshman sat 79-80 from a high 3/4 arm slot with arm-side run to his fastball. Mechanics are deliberate and repeatable. Should see velocity spikes as he becomes more explosive with his lower half. Curveball sat 65-67 with 10/4 rotation. Pounds the zone with the pitch, but it flattens out at times when he gets around the pitch. Shenosky's changeup sat 68-71 at fastball arm speed.
