On July 16-19th PBR VA/DC held the Limited Series Lynchburg at the Hillcats' Bank of The James Stadium in Lynchburg, VA. There were twelve teams that participated in the event. Since then our staff has released many scouting notes on players from the tournament and now we will conclude our coverage with the All Tournament Team. This team is comprised of twenty-five players from all twelve teams that stood out to our staff.
