With the bat, Nichter showcased a quick swing and registered one of the top max exit velocities of the event at 80.7 mph. In the infield, Nichter displayed soft hands with the best arm at 78 mph across the infield. On the mound, he featured a solid three-pitch mix with a fastball, slider and change up. His 78 mph fastball was an event best and showed touch and feel to drive it through the zone.
