6-foot-2, 195-pound right hander is starting to fill out his frame after battling some injuries since his appearance at the 2019 PBR Future Games. Long frame w/ smooth and repeatable actions working through his delivery. Looked sharp in a relief appearance at the 17U National Championship at Lakepoint, allowing no hits and striking out four in two innings of work. FB has consistently been 84-88, T89 this summer w/ solid carry through the zone. Keeps hitters off balance with mini 12/6 action CB at 67-71, showing the ability to throw for strikes and bury for chase. Plus developing a CH at 79-80 to give hitters a different look. Correll was one of the highest ranked arms early in his HS career, but he seems to be healthy and working towards putting it together to reach his ceiling.

Uncommitted; 6-foot-2, 195-pound right hander tossed two clean innings at the 2019 Future Games right after reclassifying to the 22’ class.  Tall, lean frame with good projection. FB has consistently sat 83-87, T88 with a low spin FB (Max: 1842 rpm; Avg: 1721 rpm via Trackman) inducing steady flow of weak contact.  Mixing downer CB at 67-70 (2000-2100s rpm). 

One of the top ranked prospects in Tennessee coming in at No. 3 in the state. 6-foot-2, 195-pound right-handed pitcher, strong, durable frame, broad shoulders, will continue to firm up frame with muscle and add even more. Arm works short and clean on the back-side, quick arm speed, gets out to a ¾ slot, cross-body action. Drop and drive delivery, gets into his legs, strides towards the third base side of the mound, finishing crossing over towards first. Fastball touched 85 early on, sat 81-84 for the majority of his start, run action, was able to induce some swing and misses, frequently froze batters with. Curveball, 11/5 shape, flashed late bite, 65-69. Offensively, takes an open setup, hands cock and load back with some barrel wrap, leg kick timing trigger, good balance and rhythm. Power hitter, generated hard line drive contact to all fields, especially middle/pull throughout the weekend.

The 6-foot-2, 195-pound reclassified 2022 righty tossed 2 clean innings in Game 2 vs Missouri.  Correll faced the minimum of 6 batters, inducing 4 ground ball outs and adding 1 punchout. Correll showed good command filling up the zone with balanced three-pitch mix.  Fastball worked 82-85 (Max Spin: 1842 AVG: 1721) w/ slight sink action. Showed two secondary offerings with 12/6 curveball at 67-70 (Max Spin: 2110 AVG: 2001) and changeup at 70-71 w/ good arm side fade.  Profile projects as a three-pitch, weak contact inducing RHP that commands zone well. One of the top arms in the 2022 class.
