Physical: Low-pulse, advanced 6-foot-3, 215lb frame with easy feel in each phase. 7.58 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: LHH - Controlled, even setup as the upper half coils slightly over the backside/plate. Utilized a toe tap stride with efficient weight shift into a stiff front side at impact; initiated through a slightly uphill path with tons of whip into the hitting zone, producing home run juice to the pull-side when getting the hands extended. Notched a T91 mph bat-exit velocity with feel for the top hand and manipulated the inner half of the plate with advanced bat control. High intent, but doesn’t swing and miss much, carried a mature approach into game action with mature at-bats.
Defensively: The first baseman is a ready defender, bending over the toes with a soft glove hand operating off his right side. Quicker pace and got rid from a lower ¾ slot (84 mph arm, accurate) and could range in either direction with smooth movements.
Pitching: LHP - Begins off the right side of the rubber with tempo available; found a high stack, staying fluid on the drive towards the mitt. Held direction and delivered with a loose H ¾ slot (full arm circle) on a commanded 85-87 mph FB (arm-side run). Mixed a 73-74 mph CB up into the 2400+ rpms range (1/7 tilt, weak contact) and faded a plus 78-80 mph CH in for strikes at will. Feel for three and attacked hitters from pitch one.
Physical: XL, projectable, and athletic 6-foot-3, 210lb frame with advanced feel. 7.26 runner in the 60-yard dash.
Offensively: LHH - Balanced, easy setup with the hands starting loose by the shoulder. Utilized a toe tap stride coupled with a barrel pump before driving through a slightly uphill path into the hitting zone towards a high/deep finish. Showed big-time juice to the pull-side with a mature approach, backspinning the baseball for a few home runs over the RF wall (359 foot batted ball distance, T94 mph bat-exit velocity). Created consistent barrel lag and whipped through extension yielding hard contact that carried over into game action with multiple loud hits on pitches out over the plate. Natural middle of the order presence just starting to come into his own.
Defensively: The first baseman moved gracefully for his size with above-average feel around the bag. Made one play in particular in-game where he drop stepped on a popup, turning around and laying out full extension over his shoulder for a diving catch. Rare combination of size and abilities that translate to all phases. Soft glove hand and repeated funnel inwards to a clean exchange; accurate ¾ slot and 86 mph arm across the diamond.
Pitching: LHP - Started off the far right side of the rubber with some pace/tempo to the delivery, gets to a high stack position with balance before driving down the mound smoothly into footstrike, pounding the zone with a feel for three pitches. FB entered at 83-85 mph with natural arm-side run and command to the arm-side corner, adding a hard-sweeping 70-72 mph CB at a 1/7 tilt up to 2437rpms. His best offering was a plus 76-78 mph CH fading hard off the plate to RHH (16 inches average HM via Trackman, near similar to FB release height).
