Class of 2024 Top 10
Tague Davis 1B / LHP / Malvern Prep, PA / 2024Gifted physically with a strong understanding of the game, Davis stands out as a hitter primarily, flashing some of the better raw power in the state. The L/L slows things down in the box and on the mound, off to a hot start with 3 HR for the Friars on the young season. |
Tegan Kuhns SS / RHP / Chambersburg, PA / 2024The recent Chambersburg transfer creates plenty of swing/miss in the zone with elite spin on the FB/CB combo, which has shown plus, making an upper-80’s heater that much more effective. |
Owen Yarussi LHP / OF / Seneca Valley, PA / 2024A standout at #JrFutureGames in ‘20, Yarussi pounds the zone with advanced balance in the delivery and a high compete level. The changeup has neutralized RHH, displaying late fade to the arm-side. Throws everything for strikes and can add/subtract on the fastball. |
Dawson Smail OF / SS / Clarion Area, PA / 2024The adjustable left-handed hitter features natural bat-to-ball skills and profiles as a tough out at the top of the order. Mature approach that allows the barrel to stay through the zone for length, has seen success on the national stage too. |
Kross Howarth 3B / RHP / Methacton , PA / 2024The frame screams projection and both velocity and overall strength have seen jumps in the past year. Now adding significant contributions for Methacton, including a recent six innings, two RBI performance in the win over OJR. The FB bumped a 90 mph this offseason. |
Dominic Moats OF / SS / Waynesboro Area, PA / 2024An aggressive rotational hitter with high-end talent in all phases, Moats is just starting to break the mold of what he can be. Whether its 100+ mph exit velocities or 6.50 footspeed, the tools are there, as his offensive skill set continues evolving. |
Jeff Lougee SS / 2B / Mechanicsburg, PA / 2024Mechanicsburg is out to a 7-1 start in the Mid-Penn, thanks in part to Lougee’s dominance at the plate. An uptick in stature has helped the 6-foot, 175-pounder drive the ball with more consistency and improve measurables across the board at #NEProcase. |
Luke Costello 3B / RHP / Cathedral Prep, PA / 2024The body keeps getting cleaner at each look, allowing a compact swing and powerful wrists to hit the ball in the air to the pull-side. Has made an effort to clean up the defensive footwork, which should give him the opportunity to stick at the hot corner moving forward. |
Erick Diaz OF / 2B / Perkiomen , PA / 2024A switch-hitting outfielder with easy raw athleticism, Diaz is originally a New Yorker who made waves on the tournament scene with Team Citius. There’s some twitch present in the actions with a smooth feel offensively. |
Logan Harelson LHP / 1B / Hempfield , PA / 2024Longer and wiry with good separation and 6+ feet of average extension, Harelson generates hop on a mid-80’s FB that approaches 2300rpms. Though command is still improving, the stuff is there with some upside. |
