9/30/18 - Defensively, at third base flashes soft hands and active feet while funneling out front and bottom up. Registered 78 mph arm strength on throws across the diamond.
Offensively, 6-foot, 180 pound , right-handed hitter initiates swing from slightly open set up with short stride staying open. Separation is solid. Weight shift and hip turn show intent. Hands are loose and quick. Bat is on plane early and late spending considerable time in hitting zone. There is balance, rhythm and leverage. Crosby turned in an impressive round of BP flashing power to all fields. A bat exit velocity of 87 mph was registered.
9/15/18 Defensively, at third base shows soft hands funneling bottom up and out front. feet are active to and through the ball. Gains ground on and follows throws. Registered 77 mph arm strength on throws across the diamond.
Offensively, 6-foot 180 pound right-handed hitter, initiates swing from open, wide set up with short stride to neutral. Separation is solid. Weight shift and hip turn are aggressive. There is balance and rhythm. Bat is on plane early and late. Swing has length. Barrel feel was present in routinely squaring ball during solid BP round. Strength and mechanics played to bat exit velocity of 91 mph.
 
8.16.18 - 6-foot, 170-pound right-handed hitter starts from an open stance and initiates his swing with a toe-tap stride. Demonstrated a solid feel for the barrel with a bat exit velocity of 85 mph and went 1-for-6 in game action. Demonstrated confidence in his glove hand defensively with the ability to make throws from multiple arm angle while registering 79 mph arm strength across the diamond. Ran a 7.20 60-yard dash.
6/20/18 - Works bottom up and out front with soft, confident hands and solid footwork. Transfer is clean while throwing motion has length. There is good lateral range. Arm was accurate on throws of 78 MPH across the diamond.
Offensively, initiates swing from neutral set up with short stride staying neutral. There is balance and rhythm. Weight shift and hip turn are solid. There is subtle reaching with stride leg lending to slight uphill swing path. Crosby showed excellent barrel feel in routinely squaring ball during BP round. A bat exit velocity of 87 mph was recorded.
Campus Series- St. Bonaventure (July 11, 2017) 
Crosby stands in at 6-foot-0, 160-pounds with a lean athletic frame. Ran a 4.47 home to first. Offensively- Righty sets up square to the pitcher with his feet just outside shoulder width. Shows a slight knee bend with an upright torso holding the bat above the back shoulder using little pre-pitch bat movement. On pitch, his trigger is a quick knee raise in to stride forward while his hands move back slightly into his hitting position. Utilizes good lower body rotation clearing his hips and using the whole-body frame in the process of the swing. Shows quick hands into the hitting zone with a level barrel path throughout into a high two-handed finish. Demonstrated good plate coverage with line drive ability up the middle and to the opposite field with an inside out swing plain. Clean, fluid swing with potential. Recorded an exit velocity of 89 MPH. Defensively- Good approach and footwork towards the baseball. Fielding mechanics are clean with a quick funnel into the chest and appropriate transition into the throwing position. Tendency to double tap glove, must eliminate to get ball out quicker and moving towards target. Has aggressive footwork towards intended target and made accurate throws. Moves well left/right and in on the run. Recorded a positional arm velocity of 74 MPH.
