A member of the Oshawa Legionaires, Stoddard impressed at the 15u Nationals late in the summer. He showed his ability in the outfield where he covered some ground and put his arm on display as well. In the past, Stoddard has spent time on the mound as well as the outfield, but pitching looks to be his calling card with the arm strength and speed he already possesses. It's an extensive drop and dive delivery where Stoddard gets out front, topping at 80 mph last year when we say him. He will need to refine his delivery, as well as his pitchability, but there’s a lot to be unlocked. Stoddard will be a guy to watch closely when the doors open at Kinsman Stadium this coming May.
