Put on an impressive round of batting practice but going the opposite field with hard consistent contact. Defensively- Bartenstein has fast twitch actions behind the plate. Quick transfer and release from a high ¾ arm slot. Bartenstein improved his pop time from his New York State Games. Pop time range was 2.09-2.19. On the mound, the right handed pitching displayed a repeatable delivery. Bartenstein has a loose live arm and worked down in the zone. Impressive in live game action, especially with a sharp CB. The 2021 graduate is a must follow.

Quick hands to the hitting zone, short stride to the pitcher and slight lift at the point of contact. Balanced throughout the swing with a two hand finish. Defensively- Sits in a wide base with a good target for the pitcher. Slightly stiff on the transfer, quick release to throws to 2B. Pop time range was 2.33-2.40 with a top velocity of 73 MPH. Pitching- Repeatable delivery, sound mechanics, and works mostly from the left side of the rubber. Displays an easy live arm with a three pitch mix around the zone. FB peaked at 77 MPH with an early loopy CB at 58-61 MPH and feel for a good CH 69-70 MPH.
