Advanced during batting practice, the right-handed hitter displayed an exit velocity of 101 mph, Best EV of the day. Starts in a balanced stance with a controlled load, then uses a leg kick. Bat speed is electric, displays a flat rotational swing plane and level finish. He barreled up lots of balls with tons of loud contact. Line drive approach. From the outfield, he showed plus arm strength by making throws to the infield at velocities up to 92 mph. Showed off his speed at the event, running a swift 6.72 60-yard dash.

Speed: 6.72 (60-yard).Swing: Sets up with a narrow stance taking an easy front leg stride with a knee bend turning his back hip well into the ball. Generates raw power at the plate. Crushes the ball. 101 mph exit velocity. Ran a 6.76 60 yard dash.
Fielding: Has a calm approach to the ball using a stutter step as the ball approaches, fields off his left leg and throws 90 mph from the OF.
6-foot-2, 190 pound physically advanced prospect has good athleticism and tools. At the plate sets up with a slight open stance using a front leg trigger and fast hands at the plate. Turns well on the ball making hard contact driving the ball. Loud contact at the plate. In the OF moves well to the ball, working to a step and throw from a high 3/4 arm angle. Strong throwing arm. 6-foot-2, 190 pound prospect with a nice physical build for his age. At the plate has a tall open stance, bringing his hands back towards his back shoulder while taking a stride to load. Swings is quick to the ball on an uphill plane. 97 MPH exit velocity. In the outfield works through the baseball fielding the ball on the glove side of his body before taking a crow hop and throwing. Position velocity was 85 MPH. On the mound uses a high leg left, turning his body slightly towards second base, throwing from a high 3/4 arm slot. Fastball sat 77-80 MPH while mixing in a curveball at 59-63 MPH.
