(Clarksville, 2025) The number one catching prospect in the 2025 class and Vanderbilt commit was back to his old ways batting in the 3-hole for the Wildcats. He got down in his first at-bat before popping up to center before getting an opportunity in the next inning with runners in scoring position. He got a decent pitch middle-inner half and stayed through the pitch to go up the middle for an RBI single. The dude just always seems to find knocks with guys on. Defensively, he controlled the plate with framing outside pitches and working underneath breaking balls. The bat is for real and doesn’t get sped up against quality arms. He continues to raise his floor with a projectable ceiling already established. He is hitting .444 (8-18) so far on the young season and shows an above-average hitting tool as a premium catcher.
