Uncommitted. 6-foot-1 165-pounds.Seabold has been a name we have been eager to see since the Preseason. We saw him at Preseason All-State, and had really made some big strides on the mound. The fastball velocity was up, and everything looked much smoother coming down the mound. He had a small injury that set him back early in the year, but looked to be in mid season form on Monday night in a big region match up. He commanded the zone with the fastball in the mid 80’s, he worked up to 87, and only had 1 walk across 5 innings. He struck out 7, showing a great feel for the curveball in the low 70’s, flipping it over for strikes when needed. Seabold has a ton of potential with a naturally strong arm that will allow him to develop and get into the upper 80’s and low 90’s very soon.
