- 6-foot-3, 180-pound SS/RHP Trevor Thomas (Wheeling Park) checks in at No. 7 following a solid performance this fall. The right-handed hitter showcased a gap-to-gap swing offensively and sound defensive skills at shortstop with an 85 mph arm across the diamond.
- 6-foot-4, 280-pound 3B Devon Neal (Morgantown) follows closely behind entering the rankings at No. 8. A physical frame and power bat potential from the left side of the box makes Neal an intriguing prospect.
