Currently, all full-time staffers are fast at work creating player spotlights, top performer articles, ranking updates, and daily social media content - and we plan to keep everyone working through this unprecedented time. We are following along very closely to all developments, and remain optimistic that this summer will be filled with baseball action. Stay safe, stay healthy, and keep working!

The Prep Baseball Report West Virginia refund policy has changed as of Nov. 1, 2019.
Our policy is that of a transfer nature ONLY (time constraints listed below). Prep Baseball Report West Virgiina will permit the transfer of your payment, in part, to another Prep Baseball Report West Virginia event that is scheduled during a 6-month period.
- No Refunds
- An Injury Refund will come with a $50 transaction/processing/shipping fee. (see below)
- Event Transfer must take place within 6-months or loss of credit - No exceptions.
- No shows without 36-hour prior communication will loose their transfer credit.
- Transferring to a more expensive event will require the difference being owed.
INJURY: Injuries will be looked at on a case-by-case situation. If the injury will keep the player off the field for more than 6-months, a refund will be issued minus the transaction fee. A Dr. note will need to be provided.
Rain II Winter Weather Postponements
The weather is out of our hands. In the case that weather would cancel the day's event, a rescheduled date will be given to all participants. If that event date does not work, you will have the 6-months to use your payment.
Low Number of Participant Events
PBR West Virginia will make a decision that has all parties best interest in mind. In the event we decide to cancel an event due to low participants, we will make that call within 72-hours of the event date and notify everyone involved. We will also move all players to an upcoming event similar in date and location. Players choosing to not attend the new date given will be issued a 6-month credit to attend an upcoming event. There will be no refunds.
