(Players Listed in Alphabetical Order)
Grant Allen RHP Sussex Tech (DE) 2022
Allen possesses a solid 6’0” frame with plenty of strength throughout. The arm works quick through release from a high three-quarter slot with shorter arm action. Hides the ball well and gets over the front side with an athletic finish. Pounds the zone consistently at the knees and shows the ability to throw a strong two pitch mix for strikes. The fastball comes out of the hand well to both sides of the plate at 80-83 mph and showed the ability to run it up to 85 mph. Mixed in a bigger curveball that showed 11/5 shape and the ability to be a swing and miss pitch when down in the zone. An uncommitted arm that is going to be a really nice addition to a pitching staff at the next level.

Fastball ranging 80-83 T85. Mixing in a nice 11/5 BB at 66-69 mph. Athletic frame, shorter AA, high 3/4 slot.@DelmarvaAces pic.twitter.com/ykeBeX6Gdf
Nathan Arterbridge C St. George's (DE) 2024
Arterbridge is an extremely exciting uncommitted catching prospect in the 2024 class. Possesses a long, athletic and very projectable frame with some current strength; especially in the lower half. Runs very well for a catcher his age posting a 7.19 60-yard time and then showed a strong gap-to-gap approach at the plate during BP. He also showcases a very strong arm from behind the dish at 78 mph although throws on this day were not as accurate to the bag as we’ve seen in the past. Best pop time however was down to 2.17 but that will undoubtedly improve. The swing is controlled with solid hand separation and the hands are loose through the zone with some whip in the barrel. As mentioned earlier with the strong lower half, there is already some power in the swing that projects considerably down the road.

Long, athletic, projectable frame. Strong ? behind the dish up to 78 today at the @DcpShowcase. Loose swing with some whip and pop to the pull side currently. Really nice follow this summer out of @STG_Baseball. #dcpshowcase @DelmarvaAces pic.twitter.com/6LT0EnRI7v
Evan Bouldin SS/RHP Appoquinimink (DE) 2022
Bouldin is a player that continues to perform well and open eyes each and every time we get a chance to see him. The projectable two-way player possesses a strong 6’1”, 190 pound frame that has plenty of room to fill out and add even more strength to it. Bouldin started off the day showcasing smooth, quick actions at shortstop with soft hands and registering a 77 mph infield velocity across the diamond. Bouldin then jumped in the box and showcased an impressive BP round, consistently lacing balls into the left center field gap with strong lower half involvement. The hands work direct to contact with some barrel whip through the zone and show the ability to create some natural lift through the swing that looks to translate to power at the next level. On the mound, Bouldin impressed once again, mixing in a strong three pitch mix for strikes with control of all three at the knees. Repeats the delivery consistently with a controlled, bigger leg kick and kick out stride down the bump. The arm works quick through release from a high three-quarter slot and longer, loose arm action. Showed really nice feel for the fastball that played both sides of the plate at 81-83 mph and mixed in two off speed pitches that showed exceptional swing and miss ability. The curveball shows bigger 12/6 shape with feel for the bottom of the zone at 65 mph, while the changeup is thrown at fastball arm speed and shows some late dive action at 68-71 mph. Hard nosed type player that consistently shows the ability to impact the game both at the dish, defensively, and on the bump. A huge addition to a program out of a loaded uncommitted class of 2022.

Jimmy Breen LHP St. George's (DE) 2023
Really nice day for uncommitted 2023 Jimmy Breen. Was up to 81 mph from the outfield during the morning workout and displayed a very strong middle of the field line drive approach at the plate during BP. Short, quick, and compact stroke with some pop to the pull side. Uses a high leg kick to load and attacks the ball with balance throughout the swing. Very workmanlike on the mound with a slow, methodical build-up into a tall, compact balance position. Controlled drop and drive style delivery throwing with longer arm action from a high three-quarter slot with quick arm speed through release. Delivery is repeatable and he works down and to both sides of the plate effectively to get outs with a three-pitch mix. Fastball sat 78-80 and touched both 81 and 82 mph. Breaking ball has some bigger 11/5 shape at 65-67 mph thrown at near fastball arm speed. Also mixed in a change-up at 69 mph.

Ben Cordrey MIF Indian River (DE) 2023
A guy that really opened eyes and impressed all day long. Athletic, wiry build that shows some strength present. Started off the day running a formidable 7.30 60 yard dash and showcased really well in the defensive portion. The movements and the hands were fluid and quick with really nice footwork and momentum towards the target. The arm strength showed accuracy and some carry towards first base at 78 mph that looks to have much more in the tank as the body continues to develop. At the dish, the approach is rhythmic with quick hands and a slightly uphill swing path with strong line drive tendencies to the gaps and alleys. The ball comes off exceptionally well to the pull side with doubles power to both gaps. Look for Cordrey to make the next step throughout this summer and Fall and become a highly touted uncommitted middle infielder in the class of 2023.

Dakota Culley RHP/OF Sussex Tech (DE) 2023
Liked what we saw from our first look at Culley on the mound. Pitched out of the stretch, creating really nice extension down the mound with a full arm circle delivery. Gets over the front side well with regular effort and finishes with a balanced, athletic stance. Worked a solid two-pitch mix that showed feel and control with the ability to throw in any count. The fastball came out of the hand well at 78-80 mph, mixing in a tight slider at 67-68 mph with some late bite. Also ran a 7.69 60 yard dash and registered a 77 mph outfield velocity.

Jayden Dillard RHP/SS James M. Bennett 2023
Dillard was one of the biggest winners of the event. Extremely athletic with some strength already present in the body. He showcased his speed posting a 6.88 60-yard time to begin the workout and was up to 80 mph from the outfield during defensive evaluations. There is a ton to unlock still at the plate but his overall quick hands and bat speed is really intriguing. Showed a pull-side line drive approach mainly during BP. Just as intriguing however is his ability to sling it on the bump as well. Ball jumps out of the hand with lightning quick arm speed through release. Stays compact and low in the delivery landing in-line to the plate. Fastball sat 81-82 and touched 84 mph. Breaking ball is still developing showing tight spin and 11/5 shape at 65-68 mph. Really exciting arm and potential two-way player at some levels down the road. Still raw with a ton of upside and high ceiling. Frame still shows a ton of projection.
Very intriguing player that’s jumped on the scene today at the @DcpShowcase is 2023 Jayden Dillard (@JMBBaseball).

Chance Hocker RHP/1B Indian River (DE) 2023
Liked what we saw from the physical right handed pitcher out of Indian River high school. Short, quick side step delivery into a tall balance point and strong leg drive down the bump. The arm works quick through release from a high three-quarter slot and shows the ability to get over the front side well. The fastball came out of the hand well with feel for the bottom of the zone and some arm side run at 81-82 mph, mixing in a bigger 12/6 curveball at 64-67 mph. The arm looks to have more in the tank as the body continues to develop. Also ran a 7.56 60 yard dash and showcased the arm strength from the outfield registering 80 mph.

Danny Holston RHP/1B Delmar (DE) 2023
Big, physical frame. Struggled some command wise in his brief outing but the arm is something to like. Fastball showed late life and arm-side run at 81-83 mph and touched 84 mph. Mixed in a 68-70 mph breaking ball. Worked mostly out of the stretch and remained quick to the plate. Throws with shorter arm action from a high three-quarter slot and works in-line to the plate with some extension. Interesting follow.

Gage Joseph RHP/OF Cape Henlopen (DE) 2024
Joseph is as steady as they come for a player in the 2024 class having seen him multiple times over the past year. The frame is long with tons of projection and the actions show athleticism in everything he does. He began the day posting a 7.00 60-yard time and then was up to 75 mph on throws from the outfield to home plate during the defensive evaluations. At the plate, the athleticism is evident as he generates some really quick bat speed through the zone and present whip in the barrel. Hits from an open, relaxed stance at the plate with hand rhythm and showed nice balance throughout the swing. Stays behind the ball well with a strong middle of the field and gap-to-gap line drive approach. Best thing about the swing is that it is short and translates to the game as witnessed during game-play in the afternoon; putting together several nice AB’s. On the mound, Joseph pitches with a controlled wind-up to balance before speeding up into the delivery thereafter. He throws with shorter arm action from a high three-quarter - near over the top slot but I really like the arm speed through release. Lands more closed to the plate and pitched downhill attacking both sides of the plate with a 77-80 mph fastball that comes out of the hand really well, breaking ball with more 12/6 shape at 64-66 mph thrown at near fastball arm speed, and 68 mph change-up.

Alex Kidd MIF James M. Bennett 2023
An intriguing 2023 that jumped on the scene at the DCP showcase. Impressive athleticism was shown all day long, starting in the 60 yard dash where he put in a very formidable time of 7.03. The day continued to get stronger for Kidd, as he showed well at shortstop during the defensive portion of the workout showcasing quick active footwork and soft hands with advanced actions for his young age. The arm strength was present with soft hands and throws that showed carry to first base. During BP, the bat worked quick with whippy barrel action through contact and a strong gap-to-gap approach. Doubles power to the alleys with some projectable pop to the pull side. An intriguing middle infielder in the 2023 class that has the makeup to open some eyes in the coming years.

Chase Killen OF Lake Forest (DE) 2022
Started off the day running a 7.10 60 yard dash and showed fluid actions in the outfield with above average arm strength, registering 80 mph on throws to the plate. During BP, Killen consistently peppered balls all over the field with strong line drive tendencies to both gaps. The hands are quick and the bat speed has some whip through the zone, translating to doubles power. Killen is another player that continues to get better and showcase his highly touted skills each time we see him. Showcases the ability to impact the game at any moment with speed, arm strength and a high contact rate at the plate. A hard nosed player that we enjoy watching every time we see him. This is an uncommitted 2022 outfielder that will surely be off the board very soon.

Brady Kosc MIF Cape Henlopen (DE) 2025
Athletic body type. Really turned some heads as a 2025 competing up against a ton of older players throughout the event. Ran a 7.19 60-yard dash to begin the day and took a solid round of BP which parlayed into some quality AB’s during the games in the afternoon. Hits from a slightly open stance at the plate with a quick, whippy swing. Swing is short to the ball with nice extension through contact and works uphill. Gap-to-gap line drive approach. Excited to see how he fills out the frame and how that translates into developing more power in the bat already with some hand speed present.
One of the younger players here at the @DcpShowcase has really been turning some heads. 2025 MIF Brady Kosc took a solid round of BP earlier and finds another barrel in game one here with this single to left. Lukas Loring SS/RHP Stephen Decatur 2024
Our first look at Loring on the bump was an impressive one. The frame is super athletic with a ton of room to add strength. Showed a two-pitch mix throughout his outing working both sides of the plate. Fastball sat 80-82 mph with slight arm-side run and the breaking ball was 66-67 with 11/5 shape. Build-up in the wind-up is slow and controlled and he does a nice job of getting down the mound and working over the front side. The arm is super long and free throwing from a high three-quarter slot with light effort. Very intriguing arm to follow as he continues to add weight and muscle to the frame.

Athletic, lean frame. High 3/4 slot with long, free arm action. Gets nice extension over the front side. Two-pitch mix sitting 80-82 mph, and mixing in a 66-67 BB that shows 11/5 shape. @DcpShowcase @DelmarvaAces pic.twitter.com/GdBIzkiJPk
Quinton Maris SS/RHP Lake Forest (DE) 2022
Athletic body type with room to fill out physically. Worked two innings on the bump in the first game of the day. Throws with a full arm circle from a high three-quarter slot with easy effort. Lands slightly closed to the plate with some extension and a full follow through. Fastball was sneaky at 78-81 mph and the breaking ball sat 62-64 mph. Also ran a 7.32 60-yard time and was up to 77 mph from the outfield during the morning workout.

Matthew Phillips LHP/1B Maury (VA) 2022
Phillips has been on a ton of people's radars this summer, as he has continued to get better and better each day. The physical 6’1”, 200 pound lefty shows really nice two-way projection with present strength and power in all facets of the game. On the bump, the delivery is deceptive as he hides the ball well with shorter arm action. Gets over the front side well and pitches downhill with strong feel for a three pitch mix. The fastball shows some late sink action at the knees at 82-83 mph, mixing in a devastating swing and miss, tight slider at 68-71 mph. Will also mix in a changeup with some late dive action to the arm side at 70 mph. At the dish, the power is impressive with the ability to leave the yard at any moment. Bat speed and hands work quick with a slightly uphill swing path and evident barrel control through contact. The approach is mostly middle to pull side and attacks the ball with intent consistently. Hit a mammoth homerun in game action to right field and has shown consistent power all summer long. Alot to like on both sides of the ball.

Garrett Quinn SS/RHP St. Mark's (DE) 2023
Several players had quality showings at the DCP Showcase but Quinn’s was exceptional. Began the day posting decent numbers (7.25 60-yard dash, 78 mph arm velo across the diamond front he infield), but ultimately what stood out above all was his energy and impact in all phases of the games in the afternoon. Came away extremely impressed first and foremost with him at the plate. Hits from a relaxed, open stance at the plate and stays short to the ball with some extension and bat speed through the zone. Whole field line drive approach staying within himself at the dish. Excellent ability to adjust the hands and hit the ball where it’s pitched. Feel for the barrel present and plays fast. Gets out of the box quick and down the line always looking to take an extra base. Clean actions defensively, moves well and covers a ton of ground. Was also electric on the bump, working fast and filling it up with confidence and killer instinct. Varies arm slots but shows quick arm speed through release with long, loose and whippy arm action. Fastball ranged 81-84 mph and touched 85 mph with some arm-side run present. Breaking ball is tight with more downward 12/6 shape at 68-72 mph. Refreshing player to watch go about his business so effortlessly and hard.

Jack Quisgard C Stephen Decatur 2022
An impressive bat that caught our eyes consistently on the day was the uncommitted 2022 backstop out of Stephen Decatur. Quisgard possesses a strong, solid frame with athleticism. At the plate, he hits with plenty of rhythm with loose, quick hands and some barrel whip through the zone. Slightly uphill swing path, showcasing plenty of pop to the pull side and consistent line drive tendencies to both gaps. Created really nice extension in game action and hit a bolt into the left center field gap for an RBI double. Registered a top of 79 mph on throws from the outfield and a 2.21 pop time from behind the dish.

Tyler Reinert OF/RHP Conrad (DE) 2022
Awesome to see the development of Reinert after quite some time now since we’d last seen him at an event. Has really added a ton of strength to the frame but still possesses the same athleticism. Began the workout by posting 7.10 60-yard time and was also up to 85 mph from the outfield on throws to the plate. Square, rhythmic load in the box and small stride showing quick bat speed and pop in the bat. Stays short to the ball and gets extension through contact with barrel awareness. Put together a couple nice AB’s and swings in the games as well. On the mound Reinert sat 82-85 mph and flashed 86 with present arm-side run. Throws a curveball with bigger break at 72-74 mph, tight slider at 76 mph and change-up with fade at 74-75 mph. Throws with longer arm action from a high three-quarter slot with light effort in the delivery. Works in-line, mixes effectively, and commands the zone working both sides very well. Strong, athletic body type and bulldog mentality. Quality player that will surely draw some attention and looks heading into the fall.

A guy that jumped out to us during game action was Shawn Rosemond. The big, physical left handed pitcher showed really nice feel for a strong two-pitch mix. Full arm circle delivery with loose, quick arm action. The fastball showed evident ride through the zone with the ability to pitch to both sides of the plate effectively at 81-82 mph, riding it up to 83 mph on occasion. The pitch that stood out was the splitter that showed exceptional late downward action that has the makeup to be a really effective swing and miss pitch. One of the biggest power arms of the day came from the physical right handed pitcher out of Indian River. Gets down the bump well with strong lower half drive and a quick kick out stride out of the stretch position. The arm action is short and works quick through release from a high three-quarter slot. The fastball explodes out of the hand and commands the bottom of the zone really well at 86-88 mph, touching 89 mph. Compliments the fastball with a devastating, knee-buckling curveball with 12/6 shape at 69-71 mph. A lot to like out of this power arm out of a loaded 2022 class in the Mid-Atlantic region.

Schiff posted a respectable 7.23 60-yard time and then showed off his arm strength (76 mph) behind the dish. Best pop time on the day was a 2.22 but surely we’ve seen that time several ticks quicker multiple times prior. The bat was as impressive however as we’ve seen previously as he showcased huge power with a more pull-side approach during BP. Hits from a slightly open stance with a controlled front leg hang. Creates solid hand separation and then just uncoils and unloads on the ball with a slightly uphill swing path. Showed really nice extension as well and possesses advanced physicality already in the frame.

An impressive day was put forth from outfielder Jaden Shelton out of Mardela. Started the day with a blazing 6.66 60 yard dash and showcased above average arm strength from the outfield registering 80 mph on throws to home plate. Really like the actions in the outfield, showcasing the ability to cover a ton of ground with quick, fluid actions. At the plate, Shelton continued his hot start with consistent bullets to the pull side. Hits from a balanced, square stance with solid hand separation and a slightly uphill swing path. The barrel gets through the zone quick and creates solid extension through contact. An uncommitted 2022 that can impact the game with his plus speed, arm strength, and high contact rate at the plate. Look for big things to come the rest of this summer, leading into next Spring with Mardela.

Foster Smith RHP Stephen Decatur 2024
Interesting young righty with a unique delivery. Athletic, lean frame with plenty of room to fill out. Utilizes a high leg kick to a tall, compact balance position. Long kick-out stride down the mound landing open to the plate and falling off to the first base side. Shorter arm action throwing from a mid three-quarter slot and creates quick arm speed through release. Two-pitch mix working both sides of the plate. Fastball showed some arm-side run at 74-76 mph and the breaking ball showed big 11/5 shape at 64-66 mph.

Athletic, lean frame with some projection. High leg kick and falls off to 1B side in delivery. Shorter, quick AA from a mid 3/4 slot. Works to both sides.

Ashten Snelsire C Stephen Decatur 2022
One of the top uncommitted catchers in the 2022 class, Snelsire did not disappoint all day long at the DCP showcase. Started off the day posting a formidable 7.34 60 yard dash and strong arm strength from the outfield with an 83 mph velocity from the outfield. Behind the dish, Snelsire showcased quick transfers and clean footwork with accurate arm strength registering a 2.13 pop time. At the dish, He hits from a balanced, mostly square stance with loose quick hands. The barrel gets through the zone quick with a strong line drive approach to the middle of the field with occasional pop to the pull side. A very intriguing uncommitted 2022 that has plenty to like out of a strong 6’2”, 215 pound frame.
Zak Sophy 1B/LHP Middletown (DE) 2022
One of the top uncommitted 2022’s in the class, Sophy backed that distinction up with an overall very impressive performance at the DCP Showcase. It began by posting a 6.69 60-yard dash and 88 mph arm velocity from the outfield and carried over into BP and on the mound in game-play. Sophy showcased quick hands, fast bat speed and tons of power to all fields during BP. The left-handed hitting outfielder rarely gets cheated at the plate and does a nice job staying on the ball through contact. The swing shows intent and has some natural lift tendency present. On the mound, Sophy began his brief outing working both sides of the plate and looked un-hittable until he lost a little bit of control. The fastball sat 86-88 mph and breaking ball showed swing & miss capability at 71-72 mph. Even though the command wasn’t there the entire time, he is an ultimate competitor on the mound and worked through it to get out of the innings in which he pitched. Between the size and projection still left in the frame, the big time arm on the mound and huge power capability at the plate, Sophy has a very high ceiling and surely will not be uncommitted much longer as we begin to wind down the summer circuit.

Connor Strauss SS Smyrna (DE) 2022
A player that consistently gets it done on both sides of the ball is Connor Strauss. The smooth fielding shortstop started off his day with a very respectable 7.10 60 yard dash, and then hopped into the defensive portion and did not disappoint. The actions are clean and smooth with soft hands and quick footwork. Creates really nice momentum towards the target, registering a 77 mph velocity across the diamond. At the plate, he hits from a balanced, quiet stance with the hands pre-set at the top of the zone. Quick back load with a shorter stride and an uphill swing path. The ball comes off the barrel well to the pull side, consistently peppering balls to both gaps during BP. An intriguing uncommitted 2022 that continues to add strides to his game after a very formidable high school season.

Quick twitch actions w/ a balanced, quiet approach. Strong line drive tendencies to the pull side w/ some natural lift to the swing. @DcpShowcase @DelmarvaAces #DCPShowcase pic.twitter.com/3am5KRVfln
Brandon Sullivan OF St. George's (DE) 2023
Athletic, lanky frame. Began the day posting a quick 6.80 60-yard time and was also up to 77 mph from the outfield on throws to home plate. Mainly showed a middle of the field line drive approach during BP but with the ability to spray it to both sides as well. Hits from a slightly open stance at the plate with a small leg kick load. Stays on the ball well as evidenced by this in game swing below. Stayed back well and served a line drive out pull side on a breaking ball. Adding weight and strength to the body will prove dividends moving forward.
Nice piece of hitting going down and getting this BB serving it out to right by 2023 OF Brandon Sullivan (@STG_Baseball). Excellent barrel control and feel evident throughout BP and now in game. @DcpShowcase @DelmarvaAces pic.twitter.com/HqUtmPrLRd

Brendan Timmons C Middletown (DE) 2022
One of the more impressive BP rounds came from the strong backstop out of Middletown. Hits from a balanced, slightly open stance with a slightly elongated stride. The approach is rhythmic with loose active hands and quick, whippy bat speed through the zone. The ball explodes off the barrel to the pull side, attacking with intent. Consistently hit the ball hard during BP, showcasing the ability to leave the yard to all fields at any time.

Jaden Todd OF/RHP St. Mark's (DE) 2022
Extremely impressive player with a strong, athletic frame. Blazed an event best 6.53 60-yard time to open the day and was also up to 81 mph from the outfield during defensive evaluations. Even more impressive however was his ability to barrel the ball during BP and the games. Put together several nice AB’s in the afternoon with power present to the alleys. Hits from a relaxed, open stance at the plate with a rhythmic, smooth back load. Stays behind the ball well with great extension. Showed plus bat speed and barrel whip through contact. Rare real speed-and-power combo.
Antonio Torralva LHP Kellam (VA) 2023
Interesting 2023 two-way player in Antonio Torralva. Possesses an athletic, wiry build with room to fill out the 5’10” frame. Was impressed with the makeup on the bump, mixing in a strong fastball, slider pitch arsenal that consistently induced weak contact during his outing. Pitches with long to short arm action from a mid to high three-quarter slot. Deceptive delivery, releasing the ball across his body with slight cut action on the fastball. Works mostly the bottom of the zone with the fastball at 78-80 mph with more in the tank. The slider mixed in feel with 10/4 shape at 69 mph that seems to be a real out pitch when down in the zone. Showcased well early on in the day as well, putting in a 7.06 60 yard dash and showing off the arm strength from the outfield registering 82 mph on throws into the plate.

Carson Wetmore OF Nansemond Suffolk (VA) 2024
Athletic frame that shows plenty of projection left. Hits from a slightly open stance with a leg kick load and showed a more pull-side line drive approach during BP with power developing. Does a nice job working the hands and stays short to the ball. Had a nice base knock the other way during one of the games in the afternoon going with a fastball up in the zone.

Colby Wiley RHP Indian River (DE) 2022
Another interesting follow here in Colby Wiley. On the bump, he shows the ability to throw from different slots, predominately a tough and deceptive side arm delivery that creates effective run on the fastball inside the right handed batters. The arm works quick through release with shorter arm action and a strong two-pitch mix. The fastball gets on the hitters quick and shows solid feel at 75-76mph, running it up to 77 mph. Mixes in a strong changeup with late downward action at 65 mph. Consistently induced ground balls and weak contact during his outing. Also ran a very formidable 7.07 60 yard dash and threw 81 mph from the outfield.

Brady Williams OF/SS/RHP Currituck County (NC) 2024
Another interesting 2024 to follow after seeing him for the first time was Brady Williams. Athletic, lanky, projectable frame. Stays on the ball really well and showed a solid middle of the field line drive approach during BP and backed that up in the game as evidenced below. Quiet load with no stride and stays short to the ball with quick hands and a natural sweet left handed swing. Ran a 7.56 60-yard time and was also up to 81 mph on throws to the plate. Also worked a couple innings on the mound. Showed a quick arm through release and maintained a straight line to home plate. Throws with shorter arm action from a true high three-quarter slot with a little effort in the delivery. Mixed the fastball in at 73-76, T77 mph and breaking ball with big 12/6 shape at 72-73 mph.
Got up on the bump to work the last couple innings as well. Two pitch mix with the FB sitting 73-76 T77, BB 72-73. Works in-line throwing with shorter AA from a high 3/4 slot. @DcpShowcase pic.twitter.com/20LVC7RkWq

Ryan Williams RHP Delaware Military Academy (DE) 2022
Another uncommitted arm in the 2022 class is right handed pitcher Ryan Williams out of Delaware Military Academy. Physically imposing presence on the bump, Williams gets down the mound well and gets over the front side with quick arm action through release. The fastball showed feel to both sides of the plate with some late sink action at 80-81 mph. The curveball from Williams was one of the best we saw all day. Showed the ability to throw it in any count with sharp, late break with big 12/6 action. Induced plenty of swings and misses off the big bender and it has the makeup to be a real out pitch in his arsenal.

Brandon Yoder INF Dover (DE) 2024
An interesting follow throughout the high school season and into the summer is infielder Brandon Yoder out of Dover. Possesses a strong, uber-projectable frame with plenty of athleticism in the build. Hits from a balanced, open stance at the plate with consistent line drive tendencies to the whole field. Hands work direct to contact with a more level swing path and a balanced approach at the dish. Doubles power is evident now with more pop in the bat as the body continues to mature and add strength.
Nice backside base hit here from 2024 INF Brandon Yoder (@DHigh_Baseball). Stays on the ball well with a quiet load. Let’s it get deep and gets some extension lacing it out to right. Super projectable frame. Really nice follow this summer. @DcpShowcase @DelmarvaAces pic.twitter.com/mZVVyrI8IM

Tanner Young SS North Caroline 2022
Interesting uncommitted middle infielder in the 2022 class. Young is very athletic in the infield and moves well. Showed clean actions during the workout but will need to improve upon his 68 arm velocity across the diamond if he wishes to remain on the left side. Ran a 7.03 60-yard dash first thing in the morning and then showcased a short, compact swing with an excellent backside approach during BP. Hits from a slightly open stance at the plate and really stays on the ball well through contact with a more level, line-drive type swing. Body shows more room to add strength which will help that arm strength and power ceiling down the road.
Really nice backside approach and short compact swing from 2022 INF Tanner Young (North Caroline, MD).

Aydin Zimmerman INF Milford (DE) 2022
Another guy who stood out and was impressive all day long. Zimmerman possesses a strong, physical 6’1”, 200 pound frame with plenty of pop in the bat. Started off the day showcasing his athleticism with a very formidable 7.01 60 yard dash. At the dish, the approach is quiet and simple with a rhythmic leg kick load and solid barrel awareness. The hands work quick and creates nice extension through and past contact with a strong gap-to-gap line drive approach. Present doubles power to the gaps and alleys that has the makeup for a big power ceiling in the near future.
