It is with great excitement that we release to you today our second installment of the VA/DC 2023 rankings  update, the Top 100. On Wednesday, June 1st, the full Top 200 will be unveiled. 

In today's 51-100 release we highlight a big riser in Hank Lippman. The Langley High School right hander had a couple of standout performances this spring, including a strong outing versus a good McLean team.

In addition to big risers, we have four new faces inside the 51-100 range. One of those new faces is uncommitted Battlefield outfielder, Kehler Hamilton. Hamilton's combination of physicality and athleticism has been something that stood out to our staff in our looks this spring.
