Low slot lefty w/ deception showed ability to miss barrels.  Tall, athletic frame w/ lean strength, projectable.  Pitched from a full wind-up, low ¾ release across his body.  Deceptive.  Quick arm.  FB shows short arm-side run.  Short ¾ tilt SL.  Around the zone, flashes ability to pitch w/ intent.  5 swing and misses on 10 swings, including 5 of 8 on his fastball.

Landon Lewis RHP / 1B / McCallie , TN / 2020

OF had a strong offensive day, going 3-3 w/ a double.  Tall, athletic frame w/ present lower half strength, uber projectable.  Offensively, hits w/ a straight on, very slightly crouched stance w/ short hand rhythm into shift of weight, leg kick and load.  Generates bat speed through the zone w/ natural loft.  Keeps hands back extremely well.  Hits w/ balance.  Projectable power to all fields.  Was not tested defensively.  

Chad Marsh OF / OF / McCallie, TN / 2019

OF picked up 2 hits in 3 at bats, including a bunt single.  Short, athletic frame w/ physical lower half.  Offensively, hits w/ a slightly open, straight up stance w/ bat waggle into short leg kick and hand load where hands drop even w/ chest.  Generates bat speed through the zone w/ loft.  When timing is right, shows ability to punish the baseball w/ projectable power.  Above average runner underway was not tested in CF.

Max Riemer C / OF / McCallie, TN / 2018

Walters State commit flashed above average pull power.  Medium, athletic frame w/ present strength.  Close to mature w/ physical lower half.  Offensively, hits in an open, slightly crouched stance w/ hand rhythm into leg kick and proper load.  Has a presence in the box.  Generates bat speed through the zone w/ natural loft.  Pull oriented approach w/ power.  Defensively, presents good target, though can do so earlier w/ soft hands.  Strong wrists, sticks pitches, beats breaking balls to their spot.  Shows above average arm strength w/ solid release, popping a 1.97 between innings.

Sewanee commit delivered two hitless innings.  Medium, athletic frame w/ present lower half strength.  Pitches from a full wind-up w/ H ¾ release.  Repeats.  FB shows life, never the same twice.  Flashes run, cut at different times.  Medium downer CB comes up slightly out of hand, more of a get me-over pitch than out pitch.  Around the zone, flashes ability to pitch w/ intent.  2 swing and misses on 11 swings.

Uncommitted OF can really run, getting down the line as quick as 4.15 from the right side.  Short, athletic frame w/ lean strength, some projection.  Offensively, hits w/ a straight on, slightly crouched stance w/ some hand rhythm into stride and load.  Some length through the zone.  Singles hitter can really run, gets to top speed quickly.  Puts a lot of pressure on the defense.  Was not tested in the OF.

Maverick Jennings LHP / White County, TN / 2018

Uncommitted finesse lefty shows 3 distinct pitches w/ feel for zone.  Short, athletic frame w/ lean strength, high-waisted, some projection.  Pitches from a full wind-up w/ H ¾ release.  Repeats.  FB shows occasional arm-side run.  Medium downer CB comes up out of hand w/ some loopiness.  More of a get ahead pitch than a put-away pitch.  Straight CH w/ arm-speed.  Strike-thrower flashes ability to pitch w/ intent w/ all 3.
