Initial Class of 2024 Player Rankings (September)
The 2024 recruiting class is loaded with talented players. This summer has been unlike any other summer we have been through but the 2024 class showed out. We have seen a number of 2024 graduates and expect to see a bunch more as we roll into the fall.
Below we will take a look at “Who Is At The Top”, “The Gamers”, "The Sleepers", and some of the top uncommitted by position.
Covering six states, New England is a prime area for legit baseball talent and now we would like to bring to you the 2024 Player Rankings.
WHO’S AT THE TOP?
- Gabriel Tirado (Video), left-handed hitting catcher with an excellent skill set holds our number ranking. He posted a 103 exit velocity at a recent event.
- Matthew Conte is an excellent looking player in the 2024 class. The skill set is advanced and we expect big things from him as he progresses.
- Joey Tonotti is versatile and athletic, the left-handed hitter and right-handed pitcher can do it all.
- Mavrick Rizy is a big long and lanky right-hander with a ton of potential on the mound.
- John Mass, left-handed hitting middle infielder and right-handed pitcher is an excellent prospect who rounds out our top 5.
THE GAMERS
- Jack Byrne (Video), left-handed hitting infielder, 6.8 runner with a good feel for the game.
- Braedan Campbell, right-handed hitting catcher who continues to impress as he is very skilled.
- Anthony Ruggiero, left-handed hitting outfielder with a ton of potential with the bat.
- Aidan Driscoll, left-handed hitting catcher who’s best days are in front of him.
- Jason Flaherty, right-handed hitting catcher who swings the bat and shows a good skill set behind the dish.
THE SLEEPERS
- Baden Plante, did it all at a recent event, caught, pitched and swung the bat well. He is a good follow.
- Jamie Luna (Video) is a right-handed hitting middle infielder with plus foot speed.
- Josh Florence, right-handed who continues to improve and shows very good potential.
- Nolan Wanat, made a significant jump in his game in the last year. He can really swing the bat.
