We would like to thank all who participated in The PBR New England 2021 Scout Day: Seacoast Pirates. This was a great opportunity for 2022-2024 prospects to be put on college recruiting boards. Many players impressed during their individual workouts at the showcase. Below we have the complete statistical results from the event as well as the top performers across various different categories.

2021 Scout Day: Seacoast Pirates - Quick Hits

THE BATS

• Danny Cammarota - Cammarota uses a simple, direct stroke to produce a lot of solid line drives.
• Aidan Sengenberger - Sengenberger showed a quick bat and serious juice to the middle of the field.
• Sabastian Lampert - Lampert is a strong athlete with real juice to the pull side.
• Nathaniel Leighton - Leighton is a quiet hitter with a quick bat. The ball jumps off his bat, with gap to gap carry.

THE ARMS

• Christopher Morton - Morton has a quick arm. The fastball was up to 86 MPH on the day, to go along with a hard breaking pitch and feel for a changeup.
• Charlie Winter  - Winter showed a clean delivery and a projectable frame. The fastball has some tilt, sitting in the low 80’s.
• Joe Yanzo - Yanzo works out of a higher slot, producing some tilt on a fastball that topped out at 82 MPH. The changeup is a good looking pitch, while the breaking ball showed good shape.

THE DEFENDERS

• Owen Bateman - Bateman showed arm strength from the outfield.
• Matthew Minckler - Minkler is an athletic, fluid defender in the middle of the diamond.
• Nathaniel Leighton - Leighton showed good actions and a strong arm behind the plate.
• Aidan Sengenberger - Sengenberger is an athletic catcher with a quick release behind the plate.
