On Saturday, February 29th we hosted the annual Preseason All-State at Roundtripper Sports Academy in Westfield, IN. Over 100 of the states top juniors participated in the event. 

Players went through the standard pro-style workout, but were also ran through an athletic test by our partners at Lift Lab Co where they were timed in the pro-agility test (5-10-5/shuttle run) and then tested in the vertical jump and broad jump.  

The Pro-Agility assesses a player's quickness and ability to change directions. The vertical jump test and broad jump test are used to help measure the athletes explosiveness and power.
