Louisville recruit. Multi-sport athlete with a lean, athletic build that displays fast twitch actions. He runs with strong easy strides producing a 6.55 60-yard dash time. Throwing arm is accurate with near average arm strength from the centerfield position. His speed allows him to cover ground quickly on fly balls. Right-handed hitter with a swing that allows him to stay balanced throughout. At times, he spins the backside, which causes his barrel to lift out of the swing path, but his athletic ability will allow him to make the easy adjustment. His athleticism is well above average, which will allow him to be highly productive in the future, once he fully commits to baseball.
2019 INDIANA STATE GAMES: Advanced athlete who shows the ability to stay in CF throughout his career. The RHH got down the line on an INF groundout at 4.15 with some hesitation half way down. Twitchy and aggressive runner took second and third in the first inning. Has range in the OF including balls hit deep over his head. Defensive arm is unknown, but looks to have some carry. At the plate sets up tall and athletic. Hands drop a bit but finishes high. Would like to see more leverage. Average to slightly above average bat speed that will produce doubles and triples in the gap. Jordan may be one of the top OF prospects in the state in the 2021 class. If he hits, the talent is undeniable.
