South Milwaukee Preseason I.D.: Pitcher Analysis
April 9, 2020
Last month we visited Hitters Baseball Academy to host our longest standing PBR Wisconsin showcase, the South Milwaukee Preseason I.D. Historically this event has brought some of the top talent the Badger State has to offer, and the 2020 version was no different. Throughout the week we will bring you our top ranked prospects, sorted by positions, complete with scouting reports.
We continue our rollout of the South Milwaukee Preseason I.D. with outfielders. For reference, you can always visit our Quick Hits edition, and Statistical Analysis from this event, which were released just days after the event.
Today’s pitcher analysis features a number of the top follows in the state, particularly in the 2022 class, led at the top by Mitchell Voit (Whitefish Bay; Michigan commit). Inside the 2023 class, freshman RHP Adam Switalski, an Indiana commit, has identified himself as one of the top follows in the state.
2021 Tommy Meyer (Wauwatosa East) showed exactly what we have been waiting on since seeing him for the first time a year ago at this event. Keep an eye out for more out of Meyer this summer.
