Baseball is back here in Colorado. Games got started this weekend and have spilled over into week three of the season. Here is a rundown of action from around the state.

The Huskies get the non-league win and were led at the plate by 2016 Jake Minnick who went 1-3 with 1 run scored. 2018 Jack Lisowy gets the victory pitching 6 innings giving up 3 hits, 0 runs and collecting 5 K’s.
Chatfield 4 Mullen 3
The Charges with their second win in as many nights were led by 2016 Jake Knoll who was 1-3 with 1 run and 3 RBI. No. 57 2016 Mike Lucero goes all 7 for the Chargers and gives up 3 hits, 3 runs and collects 4 K’s.
Cherry Creek 6 Legend 4
The Bruins win this close non-league match up and were led by No. 9 2016 Nate Sweeney who was 3-4 with 2 runs scored and 2016 Cody Schultz who went 2-4 with 1 run and 3 RBI.
Pueblo West 8 Los Alamos 5
The Cyclones open this spring tournaments with a victory and were led by 2017 Alan Garcia who was 3-3 with 1 run and 1 RBI.
Fruita 7 Las Cruces 3
The wildcats get a victory against out of state Las Cruces and were led by No. 17 2016 Sam Schroeder who went 1-2 at the plate with 2 runs scored and 3 RBI.
