This week end is the Winter Work Shops, they will be hosted at Extra Innings Little Rock. Extra Innings Little Rock is 20,000 square foot training facility just outside of down town Little Rock. Below you will find the itinerary for the Pitchers Video Analysis Camp on Saturday and the Hitters Video Analysis Camp that is on Sunday.
