Arkansas Insider: 2017s make college commitments

Two All State Games players make college commitments. 2017 CIF Adrian Hannah committed University of Central Arkansas, and 2017 OF/CIF Quinn Cherry committed to Crowder College.
Both players have competed in multiple PBR Arkansas events over the past two season. Including the All State Games in 2015 and 2016, the Top Prospects Games at Arvest Ballpark and a couple open events as well.
Hannah is the No.12 player in the 2016 class and is one of top left-handed hitters in the state of Arkansas. he shown the ability to hit with doubles power to all fields on a consistent basis and has power potential to the pull side. Below is my complete evaluation of Hannah.
2017 CIF Adrian Hannah, Searcy High School
Hannah is a 6-foot-1 190-pound corner infielder with a large frame and an average build. He runs 7.19 in the 60. Defensively he works through the baseball with some stiffness, with average footwork. accurately. His arm shows accuracy with carry. Offensively he starts from a balanced stance, with a smooth load, a short stride and a uses solid hip rotation. He attacks the baseball with fast bat speed with a line drive swing. He shows balance through extension. Overall Hannah is an advanced left-handed bat that showed pull power.
Cherry is No. 34 in the 2017 class. He is an advanced right-handed hitter , that has showed versatility competing behind the plate, in the outfield and in the infield. Defensively he profiles as a corner infielder or outfielder. Below is my complete evaluation of Cherry.
2017 CIF/OF Quinn Cherry, Harrison High School
Cherry is a 6-foot-2 185-pound CIF/OF with a large frame and a physical build. He produces exit velocities up to 94 mph. He starts from an athletic stance with a minimum load and stride He attacks the baseball with fast bat speed and an a slight uphill swing. He maintains balance through contact and shows a feel for the barrel. Defensively he works through the baseball with fluid footwork, a normal exchange and a strong arm, up to 87 mph from the outfield. Overall Cherry is a physical player with an advanced offensive skill set.
