A fastball with hop has a flat approach angle and visually jumps through the zone. When thrown up in the zone, it is more likely to generate a higher swing and miss average. Hop+ of 100 is MLB average.
Fastball
Sink+
A fastball with sink has low backspin and drops through the strike zone. When thrown down in the zone, it is more likely to generate a higher ground ball percentage and lower launch angle. Sink+ of 100 is MLB average.
Fastball
Rise+
A fastball with rise has a high percentage of backspin. When thrown up in the zone, it is more likely to generate a higher fly ball percentage. Rise+ of 100 is MLB average
Curveball
Hammer+
A hammer breaking ball drops vertically with velocity through the zone, or 12-to-6 movement. Hammer+ of 100 is MLB average.
Curveball
Sweep+
A sweeping breaking ball moves horizontally with velocity through the zone. Sweep+ of 100 is MLB average.
The reactive strength index measurement of an athlete's explosiveness by comparing their jump height to the ground contact time in between their jumps. On a scale of 0-5.
Vertical Jump
A measure of any athlete's body strength and reach calculated from the flight time divided by the contact time.
10 Yard Dash
The athlete's fastest 0-10-yard split time in the given event year. Measured in seconds.
1.65
30 Yard Dash
The athlete's fastest 0-30-yard split time in the given event year. Measured in seconds.
3.97
60 Yard Dash
The athlete's fastest 0-60-yard time in the given event year. Measured in seconds.
7.21
Top Speed (MPH)
The athlete's fastest split time converted to miles per hour.
Vertical Jump
A measure of any athlete's body strength and reach calculated from the flight time divided by the contact time.

The maximum speed, in the direction of home plate, that the wrist is traveling. Measured in meters per second (m/s)
Arm Slot
Angle of the forearm relative to the ground between maximum external rotation (MER) and ball release (BR). Which can be a powerful player comparison metric, delivered in degrees.
Knee Extension Velo
The angular velocity of the front knee straightening after foot plant, which provides indicators of velocity potential. Measured in degrees per second.
Deception
The amount of time that the ball is visible to the hitter, after the instant of front foot strike. Measures in milliseconds.
Hip-Shoulder Separation
The difference in angle of between the hips and shoulders, occurring close to the foot plant. Measured in degrees.
Positional Profile: 3B/RHP Body: 5-10, 185-pounds. Some strength throughout, wide shoulders. Hit: RHH. Narrow and open set up, lands centered with good separation on time. Flat path, on plane, bat and hand speed working through the ball, out front contact can leverage the ball through both gaps. 69 mph bat speed with 5 G's of rotational acceleration. Power: 92 max exit velocity, averaged 88.4 mph. 346' max distance. Arm: RH. INF-79 mph. Loose arm action, 3/4 slot. Defense: Soft hands, shuffle to throw, covers ground easy. ATH: 7.48 runner in the 60. 25.50 max vertical.
3/10/24
INF Drew Siudzinski (Notre Dame Academy, 2025) stands at a strong 5-foot-10, 185-pounds, and took one of the more consistent rounds of BP on Sunday. Siudzinski made consistent hard contact (88.4 mph average exit velocity, 91.7 mph max) and drove the baseball through the middle of the field, leveraging baseballs out front. Defensively Siudzinski can cover ground in the infield, possessing soft hands and overall clean actions capable of manning the hot corner; also has an accurate arm that was up to 79 mph across the infield.

Short and compact, direct, feel for barrel with bat speed, uses lower half very well, hitterish. 73.2 mph bat speed with 6 G's of rotational acceleration. Power: 94 max exit velocity, averaged 87.9 mph. 290' max distance. Arm: RH. INF-77 mph. 3Q slot, accurate with carry. Defense: Bounce, clean feet and hands, good clock. ATH: 7.22 runner in the 60. 1.65 and 3.97 in the 10 and 30 yard splits. 28.10 max vertical.
10/21/23
At the plate, Siudzinski took one of the better rounds of BP of the day, producing loud contact often recording an average exit velocity of 87.9 mph and a 93.9 max. The right-handed hitter creates leverage in his swing consistently driving the ball in the air to the pull-side, recording a max distance of 290 feet and averaging 231 feet. In the field Siudzinski showed clean actions with some bounce to go along with an accurate arm with carry that was up to 78 mph from across the diamond.
