VA/DC State Games
Bell is 5-11 with an athletic frame that has some strength present in the lower half and plenty of projection left to it. He throws from a lower three-quarters arm slot, short loose quick arm action and some effort to his delivery. Shoulders are uphill and closed, lands closed with a fall off finish and some recoil. Fastball was 80-83, with some late boring action to armside and a bit of depth. Curveball was 65-70 with some armspeed and gradual 11/5 break to it, some shape to pitch, has a chance to sharpen into a good pitch. Showed a change-up in warm-ups with some armspeed and some late armside run.
