Mackmin is 6-4 with an athletic frame that has some strength already and still has some projection left to it. He hits from the left side from an upright open stance, short stride on line, slight load down and back. Hips rotate completely with some violence and he maintains some lower half balance. Keeps hands inside, short to the ball, uphill swing path with some strength at contact, exit velocity was 86. In the infield, rounds the ball and fields with above average hands. Clean exchange, throws from a high three-quarters slot, velocity was 83. Ran a 4.22 home to first.

Long lanky and projectable frame. At the plate hits from an open set up with high hands. Squares up to pitcher in load to hitting position. Hands are free at the plate with nice barrel control for a young hitter. Showed ability to spray around the baseball field in game. Shows some bat speed at the plate. Wouldn't mind seeing on the mound. Moved well around the bag played position well. One to keep an eye on.

Mackmin is tall and has a very lanky frame with a lot of projection left to it. Played first base in the game and showed athleticism defensively, could probably play third or maybe even a corner outfield spot. At the plate, hits from the left side and has a quick bat and long levers. Power is present now but there is still a lot more in the tank as he fills out his frame, will be very interested to see again, potentially a very exciting hitter. Pitched for three hitters, only referencing it because he showed some some quickness in his arm with a fastball that was 77-79.
