Pokorak is a High Point commit. Strong physical frame. Very short swing, shows power to all fields. Three at-bats this evening against Estridge, went 1-3 with a strikeout. In his first at-bat, he was just off time of a fastball and flew out to center. In his third at-bat, he worked a deep count before sharply grounding a base hit into centerfield on a fastball. Comfortable in the box and has a clear approach of what he is trying to do early in the count. Played third early in the game and then pitched as well, was 78-82 when pitching.

Pokorak is a High Point commit and is 6-2 with a strong athletic frame that still has some projection left to it. He hits from the right side from a balanced athletic stance, simple quiet controlled set-up, low leg kick stride on line, smooth load back with a slight wrap. Hands stay inside, short and very quick to ball with a strong contact point and extension through the ball. Feel for the barrel with power present to all fields. Shows good approach working whole field.

Pokorak has an athletic frame with present strength at 6-foot-2 and 205-pounds. Creates some rhythm with his hands and a fluid balanced toe tap load. Explosive lower half maintains balance throughout the swing and rotates completely. Barrel enters the zone quickly, works slightly uphill with present carry gap to gap and a top exit velocity of 98 mph. Plenty of strength at contact and extension through the ball with a high finish. Pokorak's extra base intent and heavy barrel presents more power potential at the plate. In the infield Pokorak has controlled footwork and works to square the ball up. Slightly above average hands and watches the ball all the way into a clean exchange at the belt line. Throws with a full arm circle from a high three-quarter arm slot at 83 mph and also ran a laser timed 7.30 60-yard dash.

Pokorak is 6-2 with a strong athletic frame. He hits from the right side from a slightly open athletic stance. Short stride on line, short to ball and strong at contact with extension through the ball. Gets to contact point in a hurry and has the ability to drive the ball to all fields. Had two doubles off the centerfield fence in the game, the video has the second one, the first one was a two-strike, 90 MPH fastball, off the plate and at the letters and he hammered it. Showed feel for barrel, had four at-bats, the two doubles, a hard one-hopper to short, and a strikeout looking. Power plays to all fields. Athletic and has arm strength, could move to other positions.
