Cooper is 6-4 with an athletic frame that has some strength in the lower half and plenty of projection left to it. He throws from a higher three-quarters arm slot, very short loose quick arm action and high effort to his delivery. Shoulders are uphill and closed, lands open with a fall off finish and recoil. Fastball was 81-84, with some late armside run. Curveball had good armspeed and was 67-70 with hard 11/5 break to it.

PBR Future Games
Projectable 6-foot-4, 195-pound frame with plenty of room to add strength. Cooper shows athleticism in delivery and movements. Slower paced start to the delivery that is under control and builds up pace late. Hand breaks down on the backside before making a quick move to get it up to a high three-quarter arm slot. Fastball was 80-82 and touched 83 a few times with some downhill plane. The curveball was solid with arm speed and depth. Got up and down with 12/6 shape at 70-71 mph. Did a nice job changing eye levels and keeping hitters off balance with the breaking ball.

Cooper is 6-3 with a lankier athletic frame that has plenty of projection left to it. He hits from the right side from an upright slightly open stance, leg kick stride on line, short load back. Hips rotate completely with some violence and he maintains some lower half balance. Keeps hands inside the ball with a strong contact point, very long levers and gets extension through the ball. Slightly uphill swing path, showed ability to work gap to gap but swing sets up best to pull side, exit velocity was 81. In the infield, rounds ball and fields a wider base and above average hands. Works through the ball to a clean exchange, throws from a lower three-quarters arm slot with a short arm action, infield velocity was 77.
