The right-hander has a deceptive arm stroke with a quick hand out front that creates heavy movement on his fastball. Velocity drops a tick out of the stretch when he slide steps (82-85), but when he gets in a quarter turn with his hips, he still creates the same movement and athleticism down the mound with higher velocities. Curveball was 71 mph with 11/5 shape, and 66 mph out of the stretch.
