8/11/18 - 60 Time: 7.04, Position Velocity:  IF-71, Exit Velocity: 79

5-foot-10, 155-pound, RHH stood out for his running speed and bat speed, which seemed quicker in BP than exit velocity suggests.  Medium, athletic frame w/ well-proportioned lean strength, high-waisted build, projectable.  Offensively, hits w/ a straight on, upright stance w/ quiet hands into stride and proper load.  Barrel stays in the zone for a long time w/ extension through the zone.  Shows ability to stay in sync with lower half and work with upper body to generate bat speed through the zone.  Stood out for his consistent hard contact in BP.  Projectable gap power.  Defensively, showed soft hands and easy footwork w/ carry to target arm strength.  Was up to 78 on the mound, suggesting there is more arm strength than IF velocity measured.

8/11/18 - Max FB: 79, FB: 76-78, CB: 65-67, CH: 68-70
5-foot-10, 155-pound, RHP showed intriguing arm speed.  Medium, athletic frame w/ well-proportioned lean strength, high-waisted build, projectable.  Pitches from a full wind-up into ¾ release from the first base side of the rubber.  Quiet, repeatable delivery.  Quick arm.  Pitched from the first base side of the rubber from the stretch.  Straight FB showed occasional short cut, occasional short arm-side run.  Medium downer CB w/ proper shape and rotation, flashes tightness w/ late bite.  Straight CH w/ arm-speed.  Around the zone, flashes ability to pitch w/ intent to both sides of the plate.

11/18/17 - Max FB: 77, FB: 74-77, CB: 62-64, CH: 69-71
5-foot-9, 145-pound, RHP mixed in 3 pitches.  Medium, athletic profile w/ projectable strength.  Pitches from a full wind-up w/ short rocker step into a back-foot toe tap and reset on first base side of rubber.  Leg kick into balance point and H ¾ release.  Low effort, repeatable.  Legs along for the ride, short strider where arm is not always caught up when foot hits the ground.  FB w/ consistent arm side run.  Medium downer CB w/ proper shape, breaks early out of hand at times.  CH w/ arm-speed and fade.  Around the zone.

11/18/17 - 30 Time: 4.16, Position Velocity:  IF-69, Exit Velocity: 77
5-foot-9, 145-pound, RHH shows projectable frame w/ developing all-around profile.  Medium, athletic profile w/ projectable strength.  Straight on, upright stance w/ back ear hand location.  Stride and load w/ slight bat wrap.  Extension through the baseball, projects to hit for average w/ gap power as frame fills out.  Defensively, shows soft hands w/ good feet and developing arm strength.  Still learning to play through the ball and using legs to generate velocity to throws, arm strength is better than what positional velocity indicates.
