9/15/18 Defensively, in outfield actions are fluid and athletic. Pinkerton attacks ball on the ground with proper technique and confident love hand. He would benefit from allowing his above average foot speed, 6.94 60-yard dash, to play up by being more decisive in his reads.
Offensively, 5-foot-10 165 pound right-handed hitter initiates swing from neutral set up with knee to knee leg kick and stride staying neutral. Separation is solid. Weight shift and hip turn are aggressive. Bat is on plane early and late with flat path. Pinkerton showed excellent barrel feel in spraying line drives to all field during a solid round of BP A bat exit velocity of 83 mph was registered.
