Overall lower half mechanics are advanced. Hands are loose in creating substantial whip. Bat is on plane early and late. There is above average barrel feel. On the mound, right-hander continued to show previously seen long-loose arm action from low 3/4 arm slot. Velocity was down on this day with fastball sitting 72-73 mph. Change up at 65 mph was thrown at fastball arm speed demonstrating subtle arm side fade. Curveball was inconsistent on this day showing 11/4 shape ad rolling action. Tamilia impressed by mixing well and staying out of middle of plate in working two scoreless innings without his best stuff.

An aggressive weight shift away from hands results in excellent separation but does create a substantial arm bar with associated length. Hip turn is somewhat passive following weight shift. A bat exit velocity of 86 mph was recorded.
On the mound, works out of low 3/4 arm slot with long. loose arm action. Delivery is repeated well with moderate effort. Stride is closed creating crossfire.
