6-foot-2, 185-pound left-handed pitcher proved to be an uncomfortable at-bat for any hitter. The lefty used solid hip/shoulder separation to help him deliver 83-85 mph fastballs from a high 3/4 arm-slot. Commanded tight 69-72 mph curveballs that showed 1/7 movement. Changeups displayed arm-side-run with good sell at 71-74 mph.
6-foot-1, 180-pound left-hander sat 79-81 with some cut to his fastball from a 3/4 arm slot. Works solely out of the stretch with a balanced, repeatable delivery. Arm action is short in the back and long out front. Curveball shows 2/8 rotation at 66-67 with a tendency to pull the pitch to his glove side. Changeup is thrown at fastball arm speed at 70-71. Long, athletic frame has room for growth and additional velocity is likely.
