Santucci showcased the ability to make plays around the infield with a quick release and 71 mph arm that projects him as a 2B at the next level.

9/15/13 Santucci is a 5-foot-6, 150-pound right-handed hitter that hits from a square stance with no stride. He demonstrated the ability to barrel the baseball frequently in batting practice creating a bat exit velocity of 76 mph. Santucci showed solid actions in the infield and made a highlight reel play while playing 3B. Santucci backhanded a ball behind the bag and made a strong throw across the diamond for the defensive play of the day at Slippery Rock University.
