Smith displayed solid actions around the bag at first base with accurate 75 mph arm strength across the diamond.

11/7/15 6-foot-1, 170-pound right-handed hitter. Hit from a slightly open stance with an uphill swing path. Initiates swing with front side and lead shoulder, which creates some length in his stroke. Ball came off bat well toward oppo gap and he posted an 80-mph exit velocity. Defensively, he showed solid actions coupled with 73-mph arm strength.
