2024 Rocky Johnson was dominant on the offensive side of the ball in both games of their doubleheader Wednesday afternoon. Rocky’s assertive lower-half and contact approach helped him rack up 2 XBH’s, one being a 2-RBI triple to CF, along with two hard-hit singles on both sides of the field. He was a big part of a commanding Canadian offence with an EV of up to 92.3 mph. Rocky’s no-fear approach at the plate made him one of the more intriguing bats this week.

Rocky is a physical player that has a strong lower half and makes consistent hard contact in the box. He worked to the big part of the field and finished his day with an 89 mph EV. The swing plays in BP and in game. Rocky is definitely a bat to keep tabs on in the 2024 class.

Sturdy, proportionate frame at 5-foot-10, 190-pounds with a quick, level bat through the zone from the right-side. Has some timing issues with his big leg-kick but he continues to show well at the dish, this time posting a top exit velocity of 91.5mph.
