Mucin has continued to get better since first seeing him at the EBLO Showcase a year ago. At the plate, he displayed a swing with some strength and pop, which has continued to be refined and improve. On the mound, he was 79-81 mph, showing some ability to spin it. Mucin is yet another two-way player with upside on both ends, however he profiles best on the mound currently.

Another two-way player, Mucin also showed more promise off the rubber. One of the younger arms, Mucin is a 6-foot, 187-pound, 2022 right-hander out of the Brampton Royals organization. Mucin shows good arm action, as he got out front and touched 78 mph in his session. He repeats his mechanics well, as his body is similarly proportioned and he is presently strong. That allows him to locate both his fastball and his curveball, a pitch which flashed 11/5 bite and depth. Mucin will be a must-watch going forward as his body continues to develop.
