2.10.18 A Windsor Selects outfielder, Miskus is a 6-foot, 185-pound outfielder with a robust all-around toolset. At the plate, Miskus lets his strength take over, it’s a flat plane with a high finish, and when he gets the bat head out front, the ball carries. He was up to 90 mph with his exit velocity, the best of the day. In the outfield, Miskus profiles as a right-fielder with arm strength and the ability to cover ground. He’s a sub 7.00 runner and was up to 86 mph throwing from the outfield. Miskus has the chance to be an everyday impact player at the OUA/OCAA level and should even draw interest across the border.
4.10.16 Miskus is an athletic 2018 grad with current strength at 5-foot-11, 180-pounds. Starts with weight on back side from the right-handed batters box, small pickup of the front foot with minimal stride as he gets into separation, will cut swing off at times with length in the back, does use strength well to get barrel out front with some pop coming off a few balls he squared up. Defensively, moves well, agile lower half, arm is clean with whip as velocity from outfield was 84 mph and infield was 75 mph. Can finetune footwork on the infield, reps will help with that. 2018 grad with tools to work with as he continues his development.
