The 2022 LHP from the Ontario Royals had a strong outing on the mound. He commanded all three pitches well, repeated his delivery effectively and showed nice shape on his breaking ball. The fastball is mid 70's right now, but the frame and movements show much more to come. The pitchability is clearly there in the meantime, as Malinauskas will need those secondary offerings as his FB velo climbs.
