Christian McClendon: OF/RHP, (2021) Edmond Memorial, OK. 6-foot-1, 175-pound lean frame. At the plate, the right-handed hitter showed his power in the box with a strong exit velocity of 91 mph. Began in a crouched stance with a compact load, then used a short stride just before his swing. Bat speed is explosive, displays flat swing plane and high finish. Barreled up lots of balls with loud contact. Gap to gap approach. Above average from the outfield, he displayed a position velocity of 81 mph; had quick footwork, consistent hands and a lengthy exchange. Used a long arm action with an-over-the-top slot. During the event, recorded a 60 time of 7.07.
