Began in a crouched stance with a low load, then used a short stride to start his swing. Bat speed was quick, showed level swing plane and level finish. In his round he found some barrels. Pull side approach. Above average recorded an outfield position velocity of 77 mph; has quick feet, soft hands and a natural exchange. Had a quick arm action with an-over-the-top slot. During the event, clocked a 60 time of 7.51.
Featured a lean 5-foot-7, 140-pound frame with room to add size and strength as he matures. The right-handed hitter begins with a bent, even stance utilizing a toe-tap stride to initiate his swing. Generated a slightly uphill barrel path through the zone showcasing some athleticism in his swing. Lower half worked well through the ball allowing for a 70 mph bat-exit velocity off the tee. Ran a 7.06 60-yard dash. Showed adequate footwork arriving to the ball on time creating momentum towards the target. Flashed a solid first step yielding advantageous routes to the ball.
