Body: 6-foot-2, 180 pound athletic and projectable frame.
Hit: LHH. At the plate starts with a neutral and narrow stance with an upright posture. Leans weight into back leg with hands getting set at shoulder height with a relaxed back elbow. Simple stride to wider base with hands working rotationally through impact. Lower half works linearly through the swing to a firm front leg. Slight uphill bat path with upright posture remaining throughout the swing. Registers quick hands through the zone to go along with good overall bat speed and strong rotational acceleration metrics. Current strength at contact with power potential in the future.
Power: 89 mph exit velocity off the tee and 95 mph exit velocity in BP.
Arm: RH. INF-82 mph. C-74 mph. In the infield throws from a high ¾ arm slot with a clean/short arm action. Behind the plate throws with a very clean arm action and short release with good hand speed.
Defense: In the infield attacks the ball with smooth rhythm and shorter steps. Shows ability to work around the ball properly from a third baseman’s footwork. Fields the ball out in front of the body with glove action and soft hands. Behind the plate likes to receive the ball with one knee in the dirt and upright posture. Shows good blocking techniques with quick hips working to the ground. Has very quick feet and hips on throws to second with pop times ranging between 1.90-1.98. Very good overall catch and throw skills.
Run: 4.83 runner to first base.
Delivery: On the mound uses simple footwork around the rubber with an uptempo pace. Works to a good balance point with weight stacked on backside. Pitches with an upright posture throughout the delivery. Hands and feet work very well together in sync for a simple and repeatable delivery.
Arm Action: High ¾ arm slot with clean arm action and good hand speed.
FB: 83-87 mph, high spin rate (2249 avg) with high induced vertical break metrics. Easy out of the hand and also shows some arm side run.
CB: 70 mph, 10/4 shape with tight spin and more east/west action than downward depth.
CH: 72-77 mph, downward fade with slightly below fastball hand speed.
